Starting July 18th, 2024 Specialized Literacy Professionals will be hosting a study of the common reader, Fact-Checking the Science of Reading: Opening up the Conversation by Robert J Tierney and P. David Peterson. There will be 5 sessions, including one with both authors live. The final session will take place during the 2024 ALER Annual Conference. (The sessions will meet over Zoom on 7/18, 8/15, 9/19, 10/17, and in-person at ALER Date TBD)
